Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the stunning Schluchsee. The rooms are clean, but a bit on the small side for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though they seemed a little overwhelmed during peak times. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but there are some areas that could use improvement, particularly in dining options.
I had a lovely stay with a spectacular view of the lake from my room, which was a super bonus. The location is excellent for skiing and exploring the Black Forest, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the service felt a bit overwhelmed during busier times, and the dining options could use a few more hot choices. Overall, it’s a great value for the experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is lovely, with a great view of the Schluchsee and the splash pool was a perfect spot for relaxation after my hikes. However, I found the room pricing to be a bit high, especially since it was out of season. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant overall.
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel for my 30th birthday skiing trip. The rooms were clean and spacious, which I appreciated, although the decor was fairly basic. The service was outstanding with friendly staff always ready to help. I loved the location, as it was perfect for exploring the Black Forest, but the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great value for money, making it a solid choice for my birthday getaway!
I had a really nice stay at the hotel, which offered a great mix of comfort and location. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a good deal for the price, although I wish the Wi-Fi was complimentary.
